The flattening of the contagion curve during the different phases of opening of certain commercial activities has allowed the Government to continue advancing in the opening of new economic activities in a third phase, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 13-05-2020, published in BOPA no. 67 of 05-15-2020.
The new Decree 13-05-2020, repeals the previous Decrees 22-04-2020 and 30-4-2020, and adds to the activities authorized to open in the previous phases 1 and 2, new economic activities that may open from 05-18-2020.
The main economic activities that are added to those already open are hairdressers, barbershops, beauty centers, some new activities in the manufacturing sector -such as tobacco, graphic arts or furniture manufacturing-, real estate with respect to all of its activities, advertising, personal placement companies, nurseries, health professions, veterinary consultations, dog walking services and dog kennels, and other professional office activities, the latter respecting a maximum of 50% of face-to-face workers.
The Decree also regulates in its Annex 4 the sanitary measures that must be respected.
Finally, the third additional provision of the Decree establishes that the time allocated by the employee to carry out the antibody test, duly accredited by means of the previous appointment, will be paid.
The content of this document has been drafted in strict accordance with the regulations in force on the day of its issuance. Any new regulation subject to publication in the BOPA, which modifies or expands its content, will entail the publication of a new news item that incorporates these new features.
