During the development of a subdivision plan, we negotiate with local authorities in the form most favorable to our clients, when confronted with a compulsory and free sale of land for public facilities, as determined in the general law of territory planning and development as well as in the local land development and planning.
Our expertise enables us to advise on the planning instruments of the government (development guidelines, projects of national interest, inter-sectorial plans, rules of urban settlement, regulations on subdivision, building regulations and technology standards) and the municipality (development and communal urban planning, parceling and extraordinary planning, ordinances regulating the additional standards and restoration, interior restoration programs, protection and cleanliness).
